I’ve been here multiple times and had good experiences with different nail techs. On my most recent visit, I saw someone new and asked specifically for regular gel—not builder gel—because I don’t like the way builder gel feels. She assured me it was the same base as regular gel, so I went ahead with it. However, when I went to pay, I was charged for builder gel, which was a bit awkward since I had clarified in advance. They did discount the $5 difference, but unfortunately, the quality wasn’t great—my nails were uneven, blotchy at the edges, and didn’t go all the way to the tips. The next day, I requested a redo with my usual nail tech, Kate. The salon had no issue fixing the work, and I paid the difference for a design. I’ve come here a couple times and have always left happy with nails I actually like! Today I went in to get my nails done and I had a hard time choosing a color because my job only allows very natural looking nails and I ended up choosing the wrong color it looked almost purple in the end instead of what I thought was going to look natural on my nails with my skin tone and so I called back and told them if there was a way I can go va k and change it. They were so understand and told me to come back. The same nail technician redid my nails with a color she picked out which looked amazing on me! Super professional, friendly, and fast. Will definitely be coming here only!

The person who did my nails had very poor manners or patience. I am a bit picky about my nails however i was scared to tell her as she made me feel uncomfortable. I asked for natural looking nails but they ended up looking round and bulky at the bottom after she put the color on. They told me it would cost 50 dollars but charged me 10 dollars more for length! This was not communicated over the phone when I called. Anyway at that point I gave up and regretted not waiting for my own nail artist to give me an appointment. If the owner trains her staff to really listen to clients and better their customer service I would ofcourse choose a place closer to me rather than go far to get the respect and care and attention that I am paying for.

Gel pedicure was fine, pretty reasonable price too. The gel manicure however was not good. They used a solution to get my previous gel off which can burn if it gets on your skin. When it’s left on for a while, it causes the edges of your nails to curve into your skin which can become painful if left on for a long time. The lady that did my nails left this solution on for a while and when she finally started scraping the gel off, she was aggressively scraping toward my cuticles which was painful. She also didn’t take all the gel off. The next guy who came to finish my manicure finally took it all off and was more meticulous. I thought the gel polish was done well, but when I looked more closely I noticed he filed off a chunk of the sides of my nails. I asked for a sharper almond, but when I

Always a great manicure and pedicure here. Everyone is really polite and professional. Affordable pricing, clean salon, plenty of parking, lots of colors to choose from. Really glad we found this salon, I’ll be returning and bringing my mom here.
