On July 5th, I asked for powder nails - I selected an off white color. The lady doing my nails picked a white, I said no, off white. After two sips, the color was off and she must have put a gel color on top. In the end my nails were fine. I liked them. I had gotten my nails down approximately 3 weeks earlier and thought I found a new stop after not getting my nails done for years. Today I got back and there is an up charge to remove the color and the older gentlemen keeps saying I had gel. And that I was going to get a fill. I gave my natural nails, don’t want a fill or gel nails. And really didn’t want to pay an up charge because she picked thought I would be okay with white nails and then instead of redoing them adding a layer in gel. I used to love them there but then it started that I would have appointments scheduled and they would take someone 10 minutes before I arrived so I had to wait an hour after my appointment time. I got upset and left one time and got treated with the cold shoulder ever since. Since then, the prices for my nails have gone up and up and up. 4 months ago it was free to trim my cuticles with a fill then two months ago started charging me $5 to trim them and today decided to charge me $10 for two whole minutes worth of trimming my cuticles. I have rough spots all over my fingers and I paid $10 for this! I do not think they treat customers that well and are ungrateful since I was always a great Tipper. I will not be back after my visit today.

I just moved to DE - and had spent the whole day looking at reviews. These reviews were much more promising than the rest, so I called. The gentlemen on the phone was not as cheery as I had expected, but answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was able to call at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon, and still get booked for 6:00 Friday night! I had not requested anyone via the reviews because I wanted to see the quality for myself. When I arrived the gentleman at the desk immediately stood up and I was able to tell him that I was arriving for my appointment. I washed my hands immediately and was approached by a nail technician, and asked to sit. My gel was taken off well. My nails are thin and got hot on one of the nails.
