Oxford Nail and Spa

I came in to get my polish taken off and a really good manicure. I stated I needed my nails off for work. My tech kept trying to upsell on products instead of letting me relax and enjoying my service, no matter how many times I said no thank you. He constantly looked around the room, and knicked my fingers so much had to pull my hand away and ask to quit drilling. My nail shape was so awkward, ans he only filed one hand. Threw lotion on top of dusty filed nails and rubbed it in. Then painted a clear really stringy top coat and told me to sit for 10 minutes under the dryer. My nails stayed sticky for days! Obviously they didnt hold up, and now my nails are so damaged from over drilling they are peeling below the free edge. Super painful! EDIT to Respond to Shop questions below: I visited t

Absolutely, one of the best places to go.I walked in ar 12:13 and walked out by 105. I did not get my nail techs name that is completely my fault. But she was absolutely amazing. Very gentle, very calm a little quiet. But to be expected when you don't know someone definitely tried to have some conversation. Definitely a great place to go to.

I thought this was a nice place to get my nails done until not even 4 days into having the acrylics done, the gel polish (which i get due to its long-lasting effects) is completely peeling away from and bubbling up on my nails, leaving behind a gross acrylic base. I attached a photo to show whats happening. I'm EXTREMELY upset as I usually spend about 70/80 dollars for a good set, and I've not had these done a week and they're falling apart. Last set I had for a month at least. Will NOT be coming back.

I love this place! I go here often and I have had everyone here do my mani and pedi and they are all awesome. Highly recommend!

I love to get nails done at this place and Kate did an amazing nails art for my special trip, it's turn out exactly what I wanted.
