Kaela is amazing! She took the time to listen to my skin care issues and came up with a plan. She has been able to get me on an easy to follow routine with good products; as well as suggest in-office treatments that are helping!

What an amazing experience. Walk into OVME and you know you're at home. The front desk staff and Manager Kimberly are warm and attentive. They were ready for me when I walked in. No wait. I was a bit nervous, until I met Bettina. She put my fears to rest by explaining the entire process, start to finish. I had dermal fillers for the first time. No surprises with the service, just professional, caring and through attention with a smile. Bettina is patient and emphatic. I truly recommend her for all your spa services.

My appointment was quick and easy. They had me back in the room before my appointment time and the service was painfree. The injector was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

A lovely, very clean, pretty salon. Front desk staff are always friendly and efficient. I've had nice B12 shots from several different aestheticians. I have so far had two excellent hydrating facials from Kaela Smithard - highly recommend her services!
