Ordered Birria Tacos (to stay) and Chicken Tacos (to go), The Birria Tacos were good enough, birria meat was seasoned and so was consome, however the masa tortilla was very bland so did not resemble birria tacos unless i dipped it in the consome. (The picture shows how white the tortilla of the tacos appear). The chicken tacos were good as well, however charged me the same price (5 dollars a taco) even though I requested to have my order without guac or sour cream). So i felt like this and the Birria tacos ($6 each) were not worth the price for the location being, and the serving size of the food, only 2 tacos, and each order came with 3 slices cucumber on the side. Overall, restaurant service was respectful and quick, but would only recommend if you are in a rush for food.

You know the food doesn’t have an authentic taste but it’s manageable. Also, it’s in the neighborhood why not support a small business? I came in there happy to bless them with my money and for them to bless me with their food. They’re a business, wouldn’t their mantra be the same? I don’t believe in wasting but I do believe in fulfillment. Whoever is at the register, the man who should be wiser than what he is, shouldn’t treat a customer who never shouted, never cursed, always smiled, patiently waited, spoke to other customers, sat and ate with my children no chaos. I just wanted to change my drink because I didn’t like the sample. Okay it wasn’t a sample, it was ‘left overs’ that he didn’t want to waste. I went here for the first time recently to try their Birria tacos and I was not disappointed at all. They’re the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and cheesy. I also saw they had Mac and cheese so I tried a little cup of it (pictured) and the Mac and cheese was perfect to go along with it. The sauce wasn’t too thick or liquidy. Would 10/10 recommend this place to a friend, and would 20/10 come here after my undergrad is finished up.

We stopped in for lunch and glass we did. The outside doesn’t look appealing but the food here is amazing. We had smoothies which were delicious and had quesadillas, bowls, and tacos 🌮. Very impressed with the quality and the amount of food for the price. They also have great sides like Mac and cheese for the kids. The menu is extensive and has a little something for everyone. It’s pay at the counter and seat yourselves. Very casual. Highly recommend Ovi’s Place for great for great value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually I would give this place a 3 starts but today they will get 1 stars. I have been here a few time for lunch and it has always been good with good service. However, today I was interesting. I wanted to get chicken only. I ask the women if I can get a small container with only chicken. She politely said yes. I then asked how much would that cost me. She said $5. I thought great because I wanted to add it to my lunch that i brought from home. When i got back to the office I figure that there would have been maybe 2 legs and a thigh or 2 leg and a wing. instead I open the box and saw that there was one leg in the box. To my disbelief this woman charged me $5 for a freaking leg. That is straight madness. not even the jerk spot would sell you a leg for $5. Never again. I felt like they s
