Ovations Salon

I have been a dedicated client of Ovations for over a decade, and I can confidently say that Kaitlin is an absolute treasure who has become family to me. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is simply warm and welcoming. Lisa, the receptionist, is always the friendly face that greets you. What I appreciate most is that this is nothing like a stuffy salon; the entire team is genuinely friendly and truly wants every client to leave feeling fantastic. Kaitlin is also fantastic at cutting men’s hair. I highly recommend Ovations for an exceptional and personalized salon experience.

I’ve experienced significant scheduling issues at this salon, including appointment changes with less than an hour’s notice. On multiple occasions, they’ve either switched my provider at the last minute or asked to reschedule altogether. I’m not sure whether regular clients are prioritized over ad hoc bookings, but the inconsistency has been extremely frustrating. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed having my hair done here.

Erin did my daughter's wedding hair and makeup; she was amazing and everything she did was a work of art. She listened to every request and concern, made adjustments as needed, and on top of all that, was fun to work with! Ovations itself was clean, everyone was friendly, and we even had orange juice and bagels the morning of the big day. I would recommend to anyone!

What a lovely salon! My daughter just had a wonderful experience getting her hair cut by Kaitlin Walsh. Couldn’t ask for better treatment 10/10 recommend.

Richard has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years and I cannot recommend his salon enough. He and his team also did the hair and makeup for my wedding last weekend. It went fabulously! Ovations Salon is such a family. They are all so sweet and talented. I would give even more stars if I could.
