OV Posh Nail Spa

I used to go to this place for 23years when i was leaving in usa. i visit again as i was in oro valkey from greece to make my agrylic with gel ...after one week my nail are so bad they came out.. terrible job thank god i am back in greece and i will fix them again but i want the other people know i pay 45 for plain pedicure too expensive without color and 55 for my nails that they didnt last for a week .So disappointed...i hope they bring better quality product that will last longer .

I went to have a gel manicure this past Friday. The lady was very rushed but no big deal. When I came home I noticed that she forgot to put the topcoat on one of my hands. This left my nails being sticky and dull. I went back on Sunday, which I didn’t have time for, to have my nails fixed. The technician saw me and did the manicure again on the hand she forgot to apply a topcoat to. She also redid two fingers on my other hand. It looked fine when I left. That evening I noticed that the gel hadn’t cured adequately on my redone nails and they were malleable. Unfortunately, the nail polish started to separate and peel. At this point I am completely done with this nail salon. I had great service many years ago. But the last few years have been hit or miss with their technicians and products. D

I've been here several times. Each time I had my nails done, the price was different, increasing by $5 each time I went. Nothing I had for this service was different, except the price. In addition, I've had to continuously tell the nail technician how I want my nails styled (length), but she continues to ignore my requests and make them as long as she wants, which just creates work for me when I get home. One time, I decided to add a pedicure. I chose the callus remover pedicure and this was the worst service I've ever had. The technician was more interested in who was walking into the salon and gossiping with her coworkers than performing her function. She even forgot to use the hot rocks on one of my legs. This place I feel like ripped me off. 300 dollars later 2 children under 10 , 52 dollars for regular polish. The charged me 108 for dip and pedi, as pictured cut my nails so short my fingers are all sore. They did my oldest daughters nail and her price was the only right one. The designs on one hand were not what she wanted and they looked very rushed however we spent like 3.5 hours there. They gave my 10 year old a pedicure I didn’t ask for and I told them she wasnt getting one. I also asked about the little ones prices before we started. I was disappointed because it was my 16 year olds birthday. When I asked about the prices they made me feel as if it I was just being cheap and I am sorry but no. I didn’t even finish my pedicure cause of the time. I do not feel like what I got was worth

The place was absolutely nice, friendly staff, but I came in and wanted a stiletto shape.. I pointed to the shape on the little picture they have on their work stations.. I even showed her a photo... unfortunately, they came out horrible! And she kept cutting me with the file and hurting me, even to the point where i bled! I'm seriously not a person to complain, but I kept telling her over and over i didn't like them. I was the last person there, and I'm assuming she's the owner? She took over, semi reshaped the "best" she could with the job that was already messed up and did my design. The design was great! Exactly what I wanted, but the shape was AWFUL 😭 I spent over 3hrs there plus spent over $100... I was definitely a bit disappointed. I wouldn't mind giving this place another chance
