Do not go here. Do not see a person who will not fix their mistakes, and has to be forced to fix them. When you walk in it is mainly a hair supply storefront and behind the counter are the 3 stations and wash stations and a tiny bathroom. I was a bit early and the place is small so I sat on the couch while she finished up with the guy she was working with. The place was a bit dusty and the floor needed to be swept and cleaned but I thought there are only 3 chairs, and she is here alone, so maybe her other staff went out. It was also early in the day. Not the case. Even the bathroom needed to be cleaned. First she tells me I can leave my stuff on the couch and tells me the front door is locked, when it is clearly unlocked. Weird. Nicole has been doing my hair for over a year and a half. She is amazing. Extremely professional. She is always willing to work with me to figure out what hairstyle works best. My hair always looks exactly how I wanted it to after she does it.

Love it!! Nicole is so fun and kind. Gave me great tips on how to take care of my hair. Very reasonable prices. She even cuts hair curly(no heat required). Genuinely cannot recommend her enough. I have 4a/4b hair and got 2 strand twists. She did great and used products that are healthy for my hair!

My co-worker told me about this place because I live less than 5 minutes away, I usually go to south Boston but they’re a little expensive and it’s kind of far for me. The service in South Boston is immaculate though. Let’s start off by saying that my daughter’s hair did not come out bad but it was rushed and some of her pieces at the end was not curled and I had to ask them to redo some. The customer service from me coming in and leaving was both terrible from the owner to the worker. The owner was rude and I had to remind her that she offered me $10 off if I washed my daughter’s hair. There was already a bad review on the website that I asked them about and the person doing my daughters hair said it wasn’t her work and she’ll be fine but her attitude sucked and they were not welcoming,
