My initial experience was very pleasant, and I loved the extensions Madison put in, but after less than two weeks several started coming out. I messaged Madison multiple times, but she never responded. I ended up watching videos on how to remove and put in hair extensions and redid them myself. I do not recommend her to anyone. This was In 2023, so maybe she has learned a little more professionalism since then.

I have used Krysta for three years now for my manicures and pedicures. I am always extremely pleased. Today I went to Quinn for a haircut and am so pleased I wanted to write this review. I showed her a photo and I was given exactly what I asked for. I hold a very high standard because I was a hairdresser for 38 years in a high end salon in Arlington. I can say that I never expected this quality of service in a small town like Brock Texas. If you’re looking for a great nail tech call Krysta. If you need a great short haircut see Quinn.

I went to Out West on Saturday for the first time and was scheduled with Quinn. She was so nice and did such a great job with my hair. This is honestly one of my very favorite hair cuts I’ve gotten! I will definitely be back to see Quinn for any future hair cuts!!

This is Charlotte Hefler…. Melinda was sweet as can be and did a great job on my blonde highlights!! All the women in the salon were nice and the environment was welcoming! Definitely will go back for years to come! ❤️

I have finally found someone who I can trust to give me stylish, professional and, most importantly, consistent cuts every time!! Jennifer is awesome and takes her time to always give me just what I want! I will never go to anyone else!!!
