Absolutely exceeded expectations! I had a total transformation of my aging grey curls. My hair had bounce, shine and looked SO healthy after Tracy worked her magic 🙏🏽👍🏽 Knowing the fears that curly girls go through, Tracy took her time, listened and most important - respected the curl! She maintained length and gave me such good feedback 😊 And let's not overlook how beautiful and chic the salon space is! Congrats to this location - I will be a regular for sure 🥰

I am so unhappy with my hair, i m not going to lie. I went and PAID for a balayge. Over 200 dollars!!! First, the stylist i wanted the front desk, over the phone, said didn't do color, which i later found out was not true. Secondly, I've never had color before so they told me the service to book, for what I wanted. Thirdly, when I came the stylist was 20+ minutes late and was rushing the entire time because of time and complaining THE ENTIRE TIME how I didn't book the right service so she will need to rush. Again I booked what I was told to, I've never had color so I literally asked for the front desks feedback. Fouthly, the stylist pushed a color on me that I DID NOT WANT. My hair is so orange and coppery. I hate it! I wanted a chocolate. And she told me it wouldn't not show up even tho

This is my second time getting a haircut with Natalie, and I’m always satisfied with the results. She’s amazing, super kind and really passionate about what she does. Natalie always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy with my hair. I had an issue with my curls, and she didn’t hesitate to help and make sure I felt confident in them again. She’s truly the best person you could trust to take care of your hair. I would 100% recommend Natalie if you want someone who genuinely listens and knows what they’re doing.

This is the best salon I have ever been to. The service was excellent at all times; the staff was always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, such as water or coffee. The stylists were highly professional, very kind, and maintained pleasant conversation while showing genuine interest in what I had to say. Overall, the experience was extremely positive, and although the process was long due to the highlights, the final result was completely worth it.

I brought my daughter in for treatment and styling to help promote natural growth and overall healthy looking hiar. Isamar was essential in achieving our goal! Would highly recommend! This was a great decision we made and we look forward to our next appointment
