Otto 2 Barber Shop

I went to this barber shop for my first time and I was not happy at all how the person cut my hair. I showed him a picture of a simple hair cut and he messed it up completely. I wanted a #1 to #2 high skin fade and a bit short in top to shape my cowlicks. The person messed up my skin fade there is a hard line where he should have blended and it wasn’t even, he cut the top of my hair very uneven my right side of my head is way to short then the left side. I can’t style my hair bc it’s too short. I asked for a part in the left side of my head and the person totally messed it up, he made it way to wide and on the wrong position. I can’t believe I had to pay $40 for a haircut that is this messed up. I will never come back to this place ever again. Never ever will come again

Online, it said this shop is open until 5:00 pm on Saturdays. My son and I walked in at 3:20 pm. There were two barbers in the shop. I motioned that I wanted my son to get a haircut. One of them responds, “sorry, we’re closed.” I responded that their online hours said they were open until 5:00 pm. He said not to pay attention to what is online and that if there is no one in the chairs, they close early. I responded that we’re new in town and that he is losing potential repeat monthly customers. He literally shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care. I want to support local small businesses, but this shop apparently couldn’t care less about customers or his reputation. I have never left a bad online review for any business in my life, but this deserves one.

I was just there about 20 minutes ago. This is by far the best haircut I have ever gotten. I walked in, sat down with a picture of what I wanted and then 25 minutes later I had that haircut. I highly recommend Otto. Great experience. I used to go to GreatClips style shops, never again!

Went in with a strange request and the homie admitted I’m not of the usual clientele (I have a sweeeeet blue mullet) but did an awesome job and kept me looking like the particular variety of trash that I am. Very professional, great chat. 10/10 would recommend.
