Otties barbershop shop

I got a terrible haircut at Ottie’s (from Steve). I went back the next day to get it fixed and he had closed early, which is not unusual. I’m disappointed because I like Steve. I don’t know why he gave me such a bad haircut that day. Usually he does better. For example, he did a straight line on the neck rather than a taper, which I’ve never asked for, without asking me or showing me what he had done. There were other errors and sloppy work too.

We miss Mark. Never know when the shop is open or closed w the new owner. Also does not do as good as job as Mark did cutting hair. Went there today and it was closed for some reason. Closed all week and no notice

Today was my first visit to Otties Barber Shop The experience was great. I opened the door and I was next in the chair. The barber was cordial. He cut my hair just the way I wanted it. It’s hard to find a barbershop anymore. I am a newcomer to Pocatello and I’m happy. I stopped there. it’s walk in only and that’s exactly what I did and that’s where I’ll be walking into for the rest of my barbershop days, thank you Steve. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Great experience. I was trying to find a classic barber with good prices, and it turns out Mark is exactly who I was looking for. He's friendly, easy-going, and professional. He doesn't rush and asks lots of questions to make sure he's giving you what he wants, but he still got me through in 20 minutes, including the neck shave with a straight edge and warm cream. This is how men are supposed to get their hair cut.
