Had such a great experience with Andrew! The cut was great and he really paid attention to what I wanted and walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. Great attention to detail as well. Additionally, the conversation was great and there is a nice environment to the shop itself. Definitely will be visiting again. Thanks Andrew!

Booked an appointment at the Greenpoint location and received very unsatisfactory services. Arrived with long shoulder length hair and left with a poorly executed faux hawk that did not reflect the references. The request was long, layered cut with shaved fade on the sides with emphasis hair should still cover ears. Reference images shown to show length and faded sides. The way customer feedback is handled by ownership (Shawn Dixon) is concerning, rather than responding constructively, reviews are often met with defensive and confrontational replies. Prospective customers should review the owner’s public responses before booking, as they offer valuable insight into the customer experience beyond the service itself.

Clean, friendly and professional place with a twist of fun. Andrew did a great job both helping me figure out what to do with my hair and making it real with a great haircut. I'll be back.

Came in yesterday to get my hair cut by Andrew and he did a wonderful job! He’s very detail oriented and genuinely a great guy. The space itself is also very welcoming. If you’re the type that gets anxious before a cut, there’s no need! Overall 10/10 experience.
