Ossama's Hair Design

I cannot recommend Ossama’s Hair Design enough!!! I recently had a truly disastrous hair experience at another salon, and I was left feeling so upset and self-conscious. They worked magic, transforming my "horrible hair" into something I absolutely love. I’ve been going to Ossama’s for almost 20 years. They keep me looking young and fresh! Not only do they care about your natural hair, they care about your scalp. Customer service is A1. Norvell is really great also. He’s really gentle on the hair and scalp. He is a master at curling.

I’ve been going here since I was a sophomore in High School. I’m now a junior in college. They used to keep the integrity of my natural hair. My hair would ALWAYS revert back curly. This was back when the black gentleman would wash my hair. The last time I went I had to ASK for heat protectant. My hair is nearly bone straight in the front. I grew my hair out back out from blonde over the past two years and now I have to do it again (about 6-7 inches of hair growth gone to waste). Really disappointed. Sad to see the quality and ethics of this place change. I don’t even have the energy in me to cry. It is what it is I guess. *The last photo is my curl pattern right before I went to the shop.

I went on a Monday morning to get my hair done & the service was quick. I walked in and was immediately taken to get my hair done. The stylists are very friendly. I got a deep condition and trim and my stylist did a great job! I don't know his name but I'm natural & he straightened my hair very well. My hair was very soft & shiny. I'll definitely come back to this place.
