Oshkosh Northwestern

I have ended my subscription to the Oshkosh Northwestern after many years due to the fact that I'm paying $70 a month for what amounts to a daily brochure. When attempting to cancel paper, I was on hold for over an hour!. Makes you think it is their attempt to make it impossible for customers to cancel. I can't imagine this paper will be around much longer due to minimal content and horrible customer service!

The worst customer service. Tried several times to upgrade my subscription, but after being on hold for over an hour, and then directed other times to have the prompt call me back- within two hours- I gave up... several times, and on different dates. Just goes to show what the big Gannett organization is really all about- higher prices, not enough staff, and a really sub-par product in addition. You'd think they'd care- but obviously- not.

Attempted to subscribe for newspaper delivery multiple times with a deal I had received from a vendor at an event. They never sent me my paper despite multiple attempts.

The customer service is terrible. They said I would get my paper by 11 am? Who wants to read their paper at that time☹️

Rag of a paper, don't waste your money.
