Rude, unsanitary, and false price advertising. I asked why the haircut was $35 instead of the clearly posted $30, and the first guy was immediately rude and dismissive, just saying it’s the new year with no proper explanation even though the sign still says $30. The barber who actually cut my hair was kind and did a very good, detailed job, including carefully shaving my neck and sideburn edges. However, his workstation looked dirty with hair covering the tools and sprays, which felt very unclean. Payment was also handled poorly. I was told to pay by cash or Zelle, pointed to a QR code on the wall, then rudely told not to use it and to send to a phone number instead, with no clear explanation. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and service has never disappointed. Every barber is very skilled and I’ve never waited longer than 20minutes to get a cut even without a prior appointment. Price is also incredibly affordable to what I’ve seen from other barber shops nearby

Everywhere we have gone, he has been scared to death, and I haven't been able to get it done. He won't go near the clippers. There are two gentlemen [at Ortiz] barbershop, who were absolutely amazing with the kids. Their level of compassion towards kids is amazing and they really need a special shout out." This place is a delight! I came in with my son today, no appointment and Edwin took us right in. Edwin is a very kind person, very patient and proficient in his craft. This shop is very clean, nice and a great vibe! I'll definitely be back as I'm right down the road!
