I had such a great experience at this salon! Yojanse did my hair and he was absolutely amazing. He’s professional, very skilled, and has great attention to detail. From start to finish he made me feel comfortable and I could tell the staff genuinely cared about the health of my natural hair, which is really important to me. I got extensions (a sew-in with leave out) and my hair came out BEAUTIFUL. It looked and felt amazing when he was done. The customer service was also great everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back! I’m so happy!!

I was first introduced to this hair salon and Yojansej through a viral tictok. That was in August of 2025, since then I've been back every 4-6 weeks best sew-in ever ! Customer service is great! I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a while and have spent quite a bit here because I genuinely appreciated the work and atmosphere. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I had a confirmed appointment with a specific stylist at 6 PM. He texted to say he was running late, which I completely understood, but when I arrived, he finished with one client and immediately took another — without even asking or acknowledging that I had a confirmed slot with him. When I brought it up, I was told her appointment had been booked two months ago, as if that somehow made my confirmed appointment less valid. Whether it was booked two months ago or two hours ago, confirmed time is confirmed time. I’ve been patient, understanding, and loyal even waited hours in the past without complaint

This salon is horrible. I went to get a silk press and trim around April for my birthday and my scalp was irritated from the excessive heat use and my hair has heat damage. This salon does not know how to do 4c hair and they should own up to that. Now I’m trying to reuse my hair through protective styles and cutting the damage hair off as some growth occurs. I won’t ever be going back
