Great service, very professional, and clean salon. I took my daughter there for a solution to her curly hair. The owner was very patient and talked me through how to care for her hair to avoid tangles. She treated her hair and she looked beautiful by the end of the appointment. We’ll definitely go back.

I just don't have enough nice things to say about my experience at Orquidea Salon & Spa in downtown Haverhill. I've been kind of bouncing around for a while now looking for a salon where I'd feel "at home" and I'm so happy to say I finally found it. I'm pretty low maintenance, most days I don't wear makeup or even put on shoes (slippers are life). I usually immediately feel uncomfortable in any salon - whether it be for hair, nails, etc., I've just never been any place where I felt like I fit in. I highly recommend everyone to go check this place out and meet some of the most talented and friendly stylists around! I take my daughter to see Loudie at this salon. She is so patient with her while I try to get her used to someone else doing her hair. She’s very sensitive and Loudie understands and takes her time with her. I appreciate her work and professionalism and recommend her. I also had her do some Dutch braids on me and loved her work. Amazing woman and great talent. 💕
