Orokia Hair Braiding

I had a great experience they were very accommodating to the time I had to come in. Felt bad I kept them so late will definitely return my hair looks great with lot of compliments already.

I went to this salon with my own 24 inch hair because I wanted long micros. After sitting for a few minutes I decided to pull one of the braids to the front so i could see how they were looking. My 24 inch hair looked like 14 inch hair. I asked her why did the hair look so short. She replied, I don't speak English. Fine. I can braid as well so I decided to braid one myself to show her how it should look and how to extend it. She watched and said she couldn't duplicate it. She Called another lady in who did speak English. I demoed my braiding technique once again. She too couldn't duplicate. Wow. They had me sitting an additional 15 minutes. I told them it's ok if nobody here can do it, just let me know so I can move on. They said that a third person would come to do it. I left. In all

My hair didn't even last a week, hair was coming out of the braids. When i took them out it was two or three different kinds of hair..they use gel to hide the hairs they fail to braid in the braid. The place was dirty and depressing, i had to keep telling her what i wanted.. had to take them out a redo a couple Of time.. and all I got was jumbo straight backs. I will never go back..plus I was the first and only in the am.

They did a great job braiding my hair and, this was my 3rd time coming to the salon. Unfortunately, it will be my last because they were infested with roaches !!!! When I saw 2 roaches crawling up the chair about to crawl into the hair that she was using for my head, I said something to the owner, she just flicked the roaches off the chair and kept braiding like it was nothing new. There were roaches in the bathroom and the main area crawling on the floor an walls. I was scared to put my bag down because I didn't want to take any unwanted guest home with me. I wanted to leave but she had already started my hair. As I mentioned previously, they did an awesome job on my hair, but they need to clean the place and invest in an exterminator.

I usually come to this salon often, when I need someone to do my hair last minute, and they do a good job, but this will be my last time going. The ladies in the salon were very rude today, they blamed me because they had to cancel with another customer, and they are the definition of money hungry!!!!
