deep scalp massage . Kaitlyn was very kind, personable, and was fun to talk to. my hair is oily and itchy. she showed me the issue and told me my hair was otherwise strong and healthy. I recommend her to family and friends if they wanted a spa treatment. :)

Made an appointment at the Rochester location for a male scalp treatment, first time and it was amazing! Kaitlyn was very professional and knowledgeable, the service was relaxing and rejuvenating. I am bald so it is very important to keep my scalp healthy, Kaitlyn has given me some excellent advice and my next appointment is booked! FYI…the gift cards were a hit for the holidays! My daughter booked a deluxe scalp-massage package for my birthday at your Rochester location. Unfortunately, the service was not what I expected. The scalp massage felt more like my hair was being lightly petted rather than an actual massage. The only time my scalp was touched is when she used the scalp scraper tool. The staff member was very sweet and personable but I left very disappointed!

I’ve had numerous services done at oro and I’m so happy another location has been opened! The ladies always take amazing care of me - from facials to eyebrow waxing - to scalp spa. My hair is always shiny and fresh when I leave. They style my hair so well and it last for days ( considering my hair tends to be oily). I always refer my family and friends here!

Zeinab was able to get me in same day and I was so excited and grateful! The entire service is so calming and my scalp is so much healthier now. She was very nice, easy to talk to and I would highly recommend this if you need a little TLC on your scalp and love scalp massages.
