Orlando Salon & Spa Brickell

First time at this salon. I came for a haircut, color, and highlights. Got a mani and pedi as well, as a nail tech was available. This was not originally scheduled. MiguelAngel delivered a great haircut and color. He did a superb job. The nail tech was chatty and talented, but she ignored my request for shorter nails. Left with uncomfortable nail length, and uneven nails as realized later. Watch out for nail designs and ideas as they are added to the bill. I rarely get my nails done in a salon but this was a New Year’s treat. Pricey. About $530 the haircut, highlights and blow dry. About $159 apres nails and regular pedi. A whopping $700 charge for 3 hrs or so. Charges as a premium salon. Unexpected charges. Every nail design is charged separately. Prices are not shared and this feels

I’ve been going there for a some time with no problems! I guess because it’s slow season, today they tried to steal from me! I did my soak off at home, but had gel removed from 2 fingers, natural nails and they charged me $30 extra for that!!! I will NEVER be back and I don’t recommend!

Orlando Salon brickell has amazing nail tech and great hairstylist. I would give customer service a 10/10. Super welcoming as well!

I've been going to this salon for four years, and I can confidently say this is the best team they've ever had! They've made some big changes, and it really shows. Ignore any old negative reviews and believe me, this place is fantastic 😍. The prices are reasonable, and the way they treat you, from booking the appointment to the final result, is incredible. The service and the quality of the nails are absolutely flawless. Highly recommend!
