Luisa did an amazing job with my haircut! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, was super patient, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My hair came out looking fantastic, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend Luisa she is truly the best!

They were very bad I booked a haircut cut and they never showed up and I was waiting for 45 minutes straight and still nobody showed up very dissapointed.

First I want to say the stylist, Luisa did a great job with the service. Aside from that... The manager quoted me over the phone $85 for a root touch up and "maybe 20 - 30 " for a blow dry. I told him my hair was just past my shoulders. I had never been here before, so I wanted to find out if the rates were comparable with my normal hairdresser, which they were. The service and color was exceptional. The issue I had was when I went to pay. I was charged $85 + an extra $10 because I had " excess root growth and difficult to cover roots" I have always gone every six weeks and never been charged for excess growth or roots that are hard to cover, so it was only maybe an inch and a half of growth, max. Regardless that was a surprise extra. That would have been ok except she then charged me $65
