Mr. Long is a VERY NICE man!! Very informative and CLEAN!! He has gained me and my daughters as new clients. He actually cares about nail health. Hes gave me so much information and wisdom. I appreciate that!!

I visited this salon for the first time in December 2023 and can confidently say this is my nail spot. My nails have never looked so good thanks to Mr Long.

I must Say I’ve been coming here since I was 16 and today has put a bad taste in my mouth. I sat For 20 minutes and no one greeted me or even asked what services I needed. I probably Won’t be coming back. I just Needed my eyebrows done and I had Cash to make the process quicker. Also, it was only 5 people in the salon including myself. So I’m not sure if it was just an off day but, I wont Be returning.

DO NOT GO TO ORIENTAL NAIL! I have cerebral palsy and they were very rude to me before I could step foot in the door. The guy asked me what did I want to get and I said a pedicure. He immediately began to be very rude, adamant, and judgmental saying look at her feet , she can’t walk, her feet aren’t straight. The whole time I was there they kept saying things about my feet in English and in their own language. My cousin tried to explain to them in my defense that I get my nails and toes done all the time and that it was nothing new. She also let them know that she would be there to help because he was saying it would be on them if something happened. They did not listen. I told my cousin I would not be coming back there and I was the one paying for it and on top of that my card declined. W

Walked in to ask how long it’d be for eyebrows, simple question. The woman rushed past me to help another lady. Yes, the lady was there before me but proper customer service is to acknowledge the person speaking to you. Literally just wanted to know how long the wait would be for eyebrows. Clearly they have a hard time multitasking here, choose elsewhere
