I had an excellent massage experience with great customer service and a professional quality massage. Grace was kind and considerate and very experienced in her techniques. She was able to help with my neck and shoulder tension related to my office job. Clean and peaceful environment, I highly recommend.

A week ago, I booked a 2-hour service per person (60 min foot massage + 60 min back massage) for a group of four. Three of us were using $100 gift card packages that I had gifted for Christmas. I booked over the phone a week in advance and confirmed the exact service multiple times, including 15 minutes before arrival, when they called to confirm and I clearly said: 60 min foot & 60 min back from 12–2 pm. When we arrived, we only received 1 hour total, not the 2 hours that were booked, requested, and confirmed. It was very clear we were being rushed because another client was scheduled for 1:00 pm, even though our appointment was booked for a full 2-hour service from 12–2 pm. I really liked this location. I recommend it to everyone. However, they didn't like the amount I tipped, even though I did leave a tip, and that honestly upset me. Anyone can tip as much as they want, no one should be forced to give a large tip..!

I often come here for massages, so I've seen a couple of the different massage therapists. They are all great and tailor the massage to my requests. I always feel better for days after. One thing I really appreciate is that they know how to apply pressure without causing pain. They use a combination of dry massage, oil massage, and hot rocks, which feel amazing. I also think their massages have great value. I was surprised that my 90 min massage came out to $90 because I'm used to paying more.

These people are so awesome! They literally make you feel so wonderful! The price for an HOUR foot massage: $35, 30 minutes $25...WHATTTTA DEAL! And you still get a back, neck and shoulder massage with the hour foot rub! I come all the time.. the music and waterfalls are so relaxing.. and the hot tea is so calming..!
