Made an appointment, and she never arrived. I texted her to see if she was on her way; no reply. I saw in the reviews that she did this to someone else also. I highly recommend Body and Soul in Great Barrington.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came here all the way from CT because the reviews were so good; tried to have a mother-daughter day for my birthday and she never showed up for the appointment. Called many times and even checked if her door was locked and nothing; even texted the number. Very disappointed.

I wasn’t sure how it would be because I hadn’t heard of her before. I thought I’d give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the massage. She worked out the knot in my shoulder blades and helped with the pain in my knee. If you’re looking for a softer slower paced massage Susen isn’t for you. It’s more of a faster rhythm and stronger technique. I found it odd that she doesn’t have you lay on your back and do your head or neck like any other places in Berkshire county , but the massage was still great. It is very loud in the room - wood floor and you can hear everything on Tyler street. Also strange there is no blankets you lay on the table and she covers you with a towel which I was freezing the whole time. Otherwise I’d have given 5 stars. She’s definitely worth a try though. I came here looking for a professional deep tissue massage. This place delivered. The attendant was very skilled and did not need me to explain my situation. She started on my back and quickly identified my problem areas, methodically addressing the tension and pain points. I walked away feeling refreshed. Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I intend to stop in because she worked wonders.

Wonderful clean and great massage! She has only been open a few months so don’t let the lack of reviews scare you. If you are looking for a slow paced meditation-like massage, this might not be the place but if you want a massage that works the knots out without pinpoint pressure this is where to go!! It was amazing how warm her hands got and the massage worked through all my knots —which others I’ve gotten at other places have not. She is very fast paced and just be sure to share what your boundaries are up front but I felt completely comfortable and feel so much better afterwards.
