I went in for builder gel because several of my coworkers get builder gel (at other salons) as it is supposed to last a long time. They pay around $50. I was charged $80 here, and that wasn't including the tip that I wish I hadn't left. Mind you, I had no extra designs on the nails, just plain red polish. The builder gel started separating from my nails after only 3 days. I soaked it off because I was not comfortable going back and complaining. I saw just how damaged my nails were once I soaked off the builder gel. I felt like they went heavy with the dremel, and boy did they. It's been over two months, and you can still see how much damage was done to my nail with the dremel. I've been working on getting them healthy again for over two months now.

Went in to have a nail service, and before being seated/helped or directed to a nail tech an employee (young woman with short hair) began yelling and gossiping clearly about my nails right in front of me and the other customers, making the energy of the whole place feel terrible. I was ignored until a gentleman directed me to sit down and he rushed through the service and was rough and damaged my nails and did not seem to care one bit. He looked so surprised when I didn't tip him, I just wanted to get out of this awful place as soon as possible and I am not giving someone a tip that is rude and careless. This was the best pedicure I've had in my entire life! Thank you for taking the time to make sure I was very relaxed! They really take their time and make sure the pedicure is done to perfection!

Worst nail salon I have been to. I had Amelia and not only did she not cut my nails evenly she filed the tops down on one nail until it burned! She also hit my skin past my cuticle twice and when I pulled back she said “what happened?” I told her she filed my skin. She told me “no I didn’t” 😂 I said well I didn’t jump for nothing” Amelia was rude and incompetent. As for cleanliness I looked around and there was dust on the nail polish bottles, floors were dirty, pedicure chairs were once white not now. And as I sat there getting my nails worked on there were knats flying around my face….disgusting! They also had a salon dog cute but came up to me and licked my leg. I didn’t like that. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON

I went with my friend to get my nails done and they turned out horrible! I got gel x nails, She did not shape well, designs were crooked, and not the right color, and looked nothing like my inspo pic-looked nothing alike! I got charged $100 (Including tip) I was doing nothing, and they fell off only 6 days in! Never going to this nail Solon again!
