I absolutely LOVE this salon. It has taken me years to find a good 10/10 salon. I’ve lived in the south, all over New York, and CT. This place is beautiful, super clean, and very bright. The staff is very kind and attentive. Irene did my nails and the shape, the French tip—everything perfect and she did it so effortlessly. I have to add that their pricing is also very reasonable. They are completely transparent with their prices and in my experience it is more affordable than other salons. Very impressed and satisfied with my experience!!

Original review (additional edits below): I came in on Sunday, 2/1, for a gel pedicure. When I arrived, there were a few other clients waiting who had also called ahead. A staff member checked to see if I had called and seemed a bit frustrated with the number of people waiting. If my arrival was an issue, I would have been more than happy to come back at a different time. I was seated about 15 minutes later and my service began roughly 30 minutes after I arrived, which I completely understood and didn’t mind given others were ahead of me. During the service, the technician seemed a bit rushed and was fairly rough on my feet. I ended up with a noticeable cut on the side of my left foot from the callus remover, as well as some redness and irritation on both feet that has lasted into today.

Had a great experience today at this new spot! They took 20% off my total, part of their grand opening special. I got a pomegranate pedicure that included callus removal, hot stones, massage, steam, and hot towels. So great! I got a full set of acrylics with gel lilac tips. Staff was so friendly! Great service, will be back again!

Kudos to ORGANIC NAILS for always making sure I leave happy. Today I was being a little bit “picky” as I’ll be going on vacation. ( just a tiny bit!) They were patient and thorough and always do a great job!
