Organic Nail Lounge

I was not impressed. Did not introduce yourself, I had to do introductions. Then she sat there and spoke a different language, the whole time with them and not engaging with us. And fingernails weren't completely done right? Seemed like she was in a hurry. And when we went to pay no eye contact and didn't acknowledge us. We will not go back again! Donny

It’s my birthday weekend and my mom set an appointment up for my grandma and I. We were a minute late and they were very rude when they called my mom. When my grandma sat down the guy was EXTREMELY ROUGH with her little hands. I was waiting for my appointment and they sat someone else down and I went outside to talk to my mom and my son, the girl that sits at the front desk came out and told me that they couldn’t do my nails. I went inside to let my grandma know and I was watching the guy do her nails and I told her to be more gentle and he was more rough. They chose a color for her and I said let’s look at the colors and she said that she didn’t even get to look. When we picked out rock star red they used the other color and it was orange red it wasn’t the color she wanted. Terrible exper

I made a last minute appointment here and my tech did an amazing job on my nails. They're gorgeous, the only downside is I should've grabbed cash on my way to give a better tip! My first ever pedicure was here as well, and it was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return!

UPDATE: THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I JUST WENT THERE AND THEY ARE CLOSED. I recently tried organic nail lounge and both visits have been nice. The staff is very pleasant and they do quality work. My nail tech. Gave me options, showed me samples and made sure I was happy. How refreshing.😁 I am quite happy with their work and customer service. This is my new nail salon. Horrible experience yesterday, my husband recently had hip surgery is now getting around with a walker. We had some difficulties getting him into the chair for a pedicure the husband and wife were extremely rude!! They refused service to my husband and brushed us out with their hands saying “you must leave.” My husband and I were both humiliated he just needed a little assistance getting in the chair! I am currently in the process of filing an ADA complaint! There was absolutely no reason to treat us that way this establishment is not handicap friendly and is violating the ADA laws! I highly recommend finding another salon!
