I came in for a mani pedi for my birthday, and i was treated so well! nga did the gel on my toes and linh did my builder gel with french tips!! this was the first time i’ve ever been to a nail salon with nail techs that actually want to talk to me and are super friendly! by far the best and most relaxing mani pedi i’ve ever had, and the complimentary moscato was an added bonus!! i can’t wait to be back!!

When it comes to designs, Andy is hands down the best! I love this place! Highly recommend Andy and Vince for hands.

This was my first visit, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. My nail technician, Emma, was very kind and polite, and she did a lovely job on my nails. However, I was a bit disappointed with how my pedicure turned out. After leaving and taking a closer look, I noticed that the quality wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected—it looked rushed and uneven. While I can see this salon has many positive reviews and I would consider returning, I personally would choose a different technician next time. I truly had high hopes and wanted to love the whole experience.

This was my first time at Organic Nail Lounge. I wanted to try this place since it’s very close to my house, and I got a gel manicure. The service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the gel didn’t last long, 8 out of 10 nails lifted from the cuticle in less than a week so I had to trim the lifting parts out. I’ve had this happen once before at another salon, but my usual place typically gives me gel manicures that last 3–4 weeks. I really loved the atmosphere and the polish selection here, but sadly, the results didn’t meet my expectations.

I highly recommend Organic Nail Lounge in Hoover. I look forward to my appointment, which is easily and efficiently booked online. It is always is beautiful and inviting, a testament to how much the owners care about their customers’ experience. Their team is also wonderful and caring no matter your age. It is always an uplifting treat to visit their salon!!!
