I’m not the type to complain, but here is my genuine honest review. When I came into the nail bar, the front desk was very dismissive.rushed Check in when I had questions about their manicures and the difference. Where I was then sat with a gentleman that did not answer my questions that I tried asking for my desk nor did they show me the menu of choices. Where then the gentlemen proceeds to look at his phone constantly while doing my nails filing very rough and uneven, Putting my nails extremely short when I wanted them shaped. And I’m not the type to immediately jumpy to discrimination But I certainly do not feel this comfortable experience. If you choose to go, I hope you get a better experience. I paid $47 For my previous nails to be soaked off and a regular manicure with gel and I did

What I asked for (same length powder, color tip, everything the same as this picture I wanted) Vs what I got. I feel like they’re too expensive in there not to have elite nail techs. Every time I come here, it’s a disappointment. 80$ for these and nowhere near what I wanted. I don’t recommend this place at all. Like why is my real nails exposed nail tip wasn’t the right size acrylic wasn’t applied properly. This is the type of place you tell them to remove the nails and you’re not paying for them. You’re for sure gonna be disappointed. Don’t even waste your time.

Kelvin was my nail tech and he did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure! He was meticulous and professional, and I left really happy with the results. The salon was clean, organized, and I appreciated how well they sanitized everything, it made the experience feel extra comfortable. Just a tip: bring exact cash if you plan to leave a tip, as that’s the easiest way. I usually tip $5–10 depending on the service. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for another appointment!

I got a chin wax. The price was decent $25, average. However, the service wasn't worth it. They waxed and were done. No detail work, no plucking, a quick wax and you're out. I went to my car to get a tip and forwent it after seeing stray hairs (could've been plucked) and a good amount of hair still on my chin. Also, cleanup was fast. I used a babywipe to remove the wax left behind. Honestly, this place is probably great for eyebrows. But they did quick lack of detail work on my chin. The facility and aesthetic is where they seem to put most the effort over the services. The people were nice. Facility clean. Disappointed in services. Wouldn've been happier with a hairy chin and $25 in my pocket.
