I recently had my first massage with Joanna, and it was amazing! I scheduled a focused sports massage because I was having some issues caused by severe tightness in my upper back/shoulders/neck. The massage felt incredible and I could feel areas of tightness loosening as she worked. She is very skilled and was quickly able to find the right spots. I immediately scheduled several follow up appointments. These massages are going to be a non-negotiable part of my fitness plan going forward. Thanks Joanna!

Johanna offered a warm welcome and set me up for the red light therapy session with kindness. It was relaxing and worth the investment. I plan to continue regular sessions in the future. The only downside is that the Y is loud at the time I was visiting the building although you are provided with headphones with soothing music for the red light session which is a really nice touch.

Natalee was fantastic. It’s been a while since I almost fell asleep on a massage table! Also, essential oils were a huge bonus!

Absolutely one of the top 2 massages I have ever had. Johanna is thorough, attentive, and very attuned to what an ailing body needs. Excellent massage with great results! I'll be back soon.
