Orchid Salon

It’s taken me a while to post this, as I have truly never experienced something like this. I just moved here from out of state and really did my research on different salons. Orchid has wonderful reviews and I was so excited for my appointment. After my appointment, I got in my car and cried after receiving the cut I was given. I simply asked for a short bob and walked out literally looking like a jellyfish. The girl (carrie? Or Carly? I can’t remember what her name was) who saw me did not take what I wanted into consideration and just kept cutting. The fact that great clips was able to fix it has to say quite a bit about this. I am heartbroken and disappointed in myself for paying as much as I did for such an awful experience.

I have been going to Orchid Salon for over 5 years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Morgan and Ashley are absolutely amazing—my hair has never looked better. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming and professional, and the stylists are incredibly talented and attentive. Not only do I always leave loving my hair, but I genuinely enjoy the atmosphere of the salon. There’s such a warm, supportive sisterhood vibe that makes every visit feel special. Orchid Salon is top-notch in every way, and I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional salon experience.

This is one of the best places I've been North to South! Been coming here for three years and NEVER experienced anything but top-notch professionalism. Ashley makes me the blonde I've always wanted to be. Before we moved here full time I would even plan our visits for "Ashley hair." That's saying something. There is a happy and very welcoming spirit and, honestly, it is a great little community. I also appreciate the high standards for learning about and using new techniques and products. The stylists are so focused on pleasing their clients. Really, I can't say enough. They set the standard for excellence and I am SO glad to be a part of their team!

Orchid Salon is very chic, Ashley did an amazing job on my newly grown chemo hair. Needed a trim, soooo needed and looks amazing! Great experience every time♡

The Salon is beautiful. Everyone is very nice. They go over and above to make sure you are happy with the results. Ashley does a tremendous job with my hair. I highly recommend them.
