Orchid Nails & Spa

I am writing this review while still sitting in the salon because the experience has been that upsetting. We made an appointment for three manicures and pedicures, yet only two employees were working. One was quiet and kind. The other was incredibly rude from the start, huffing and puffing, visibly irritated, and rushing through everything. He filed my elderly aunt’s nails so aggressively that he made her bleed. He then proceeded to rip my cuticles without properly soaking or softening them, causing me to bleed as well. There was no gentleness, no care, and no apology. My aunt repeatedly asked him MULTIPLE TIMES to cut her acrylics shorter. He did not acknowledge her. He did not respond. He did not adjust them. He completely ignored her and left them significantly longer than she reques

I got nails done full set of acrylics. I asked for pink French tips. I got that, but they’re all lumpy. Uneven. And the nails are long and short different shapes. Also the guy cut two of my fingers open and were actively bleeding. To add, he was rushing rushing rushing the entire time. Terrible. And the French tip is smudged.

Please read this before going to orchid! I do not recommend this place at all. Here’s why. I paid $200 to get a manicure and a pedicure. I paid for acrylics and I paid for nail art. Three of my nails are crooked as they glued on the tips, and every single nail has a different shape, some of the areas where there is polish they are bubbly and clumpy, other parts of the nail don’t even have a topcoat either. After getting the acrylic put on and the lady filed them down with an electric file all of them have a different shape. I showed her the design before I had any work started and she said yes she could do that. I picked out the colors I wanted and they were unable to do the design I had asked. The staff switched places on me in middle of my services. My nails were uneven had mounds sloping from my cuticles to mid nail. Polish was left on my cuticles. During the process they guy was rude no conversation but the treatment/attitude I received was not appreciated. My nails smelled like mold. I ended up removing the polish and repainted myself since I am not conveniently around this type of service. Never again

To say I was very dissatisfied leaving this nail salon is an understatement. I was in town for a wedding and had reservations for a group of us to get our nails and toes done. We had to sit and wait 15 minutes before we even got sat in chairs. Once in the chairs, many of us sat for 40 minutes before anyone came to begin pedicures. The actual massage portion was great. The polish looks like my 8 year old did it. There are parts not even painted or only one coat. Manicure is a whole story in itself. I requested a specific design & asked if fake nails were needed to get what was shown. I was told they would talk about it and let me know. After sitting there for another 30+ minutes, they came back and began working on my nails without doing fake, I again asked & was then told I probably wouldn
