​A Heartbreaking Experience at Ora Sempre (Crossgate Mall, Albany NY): ​Today, what began as a simple family outing turned into a deeply upsetting experience that has left us with heavy hearts. ​While my wife was shopping at Zara, I was exploring the mall with our 2.5-year-old son. We happened to pass by Ora Sempre, and we were both struck by a beautiful couch displayed in the store. When my wife joined us, I did show her the couch from outside of the store...she also liked that very much and stepped inside to offer a genuine compliment to the two women working there, simply asking if they knew where the piece was from. ​In that moment of innocent curiosity, our toddler excitedly ran toward the couch to sit down. Before we could even react, the taller employee began screaming at my wife.

Taylor was excellent in describing the products to me. She took her time and made sure to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.

Taylor was amazing she was her customer. Service was absolutely terrific. She welcomed me in and told me all about the products. I will definitely be coming back.

David was very kind and considerate. The scrub and lotion made my hands and my mom’s very smooth. I would recommend for anyone with dry skin or who likes to do scrubs after the shower. It makes your skin glow! :)
