Tried to get a massage with my friend, was asked to pay beforehand. That’s fine with me, $126. She hands me the receipt and says “$20 tip per person ok? We do a good job.” I told her to cancel the transaction. I’ve never had anyone demand a tip from me before. I work in the service industry and have always tipped 20-100% AFTER receiving the service. Not sure if this is because she racially profiled me?? Anyways, would not recommend.

Very personable,,comforting..fall sleep sometimes!.. never demand a tip always very grateful of what we dip all the time very personable, especially Anna or Wendy. There were the best at this salon.

Prices posted did not match their verbal quote. When posted price was honored, they charged an extra $5 for using a debit card. I paid for 1 hour lady start 5 minutes after the hour and left the room 5 times and finished 5 minutes before hour was over. Felt more like a rub versus a massage. And boy they were pushy about a tip!!

She decided only 30min for me not giving me a choice. And then she decided how much I had to tip her. For my first time in a massage place this wasn’t the experience I was looking to have.

Massage ended about 12 minutes early. I informed her of that at the end of the massage and she slammed the door as i walked out. Dont pay for a service until you have recieved it.
