Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Absolutely the most horrific experience of my life! They refused to do a sedated extraction (13 teeth) because of my age (64). Dr and assistant were laughing literally as I had tears running down my face. When I went to leave (drooling blood), I found one of my teeth 10 feet from the chair on the floor. They are butchers!!! Will report them to the American Dental Association.

cannot get anyone to answer phones! been calling for a week puts you on hold and says your next caller for over 30 minutes

I have to go back there to have 9 teeth extracted after telling them my insurance company would not cover a partial lower denture. They took all my teeth except for those. It's taken me 3 years to work up the courage to go back to my dentist. Major abscess now. I REALLY hope they can do a virtual pre op or something because I live over 3 hours away from them and I don't want to drive 6 hours round trip for a 20 minute appt.

They seem to have started taking calls and resuming normal operations again since a while ago, though they do require COVID tests prior to procedures. They do seem to have a packed schedule, with appointment times several weeks in advance. Had a minor procedure done recently. I thought they were rather caring as well as careful. I will say it is rather important to have a friend or family member to help speak on your behalf and wheel you out as you recover from the anesthesia. Recovery took about a month and I was very satisfied with the results.

From my consultation to my procedure to my post op concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to perform my procedure and i would recommend any one, any day, to this hospital. So grateful.
