Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

This place is the worst , they cannot do any scans, told me I would need to go to the ER to get them redone. So they could not do anything without those scans. They billed insurance 450$ for nothing. I’m not sure how this place operators like that they also told me to come back in 2 weeks, not sure if you heard me when I told you I have a ocular fracture, I’m not waiting 2 weeks for you to tell me I’m missing something else. I would advise on not going here, you will just get a run around. I went to DFW maxillofacial the next day and was and to get my head scans and everything down there. No issues.

I had a biopsy done early morning. The site wouldn't stop bleeding. I started calling about 12-1pm regarding the complication and they wouldn't answer the phone and wouldn't return my message. By about 4pm I had already called and arrived at my general dentist because I had no idea what else to do. This is when they finally returned my call and 1. my dentist had to convince them that I was actually bleeding too much and 2. When they were convinced they told me it was too late for them to do anything and so I should go to the ER. They never scheduled a follow-up appointment so I had an extremely hard time getting my biopsy results. I suggest just going to someone who actually cares instead of coming here.

I have a broken smile because I faced being hit by a car, domestic violence and other horrible trauma when I was younger so I stopped caring about my smile. Going to the dentists I've been judged.. many horrible comments about my smile that made it hard for me to even want to go back to the dentist ,had a few botches tooth extractions that scared me from ever going back to the dentists but coming here to get work done was the best decision I could have ever made❤️ everybody is kind, empathetic, and non judge mental bed side manor is everything and you guys rock ❤️🥹

Here’s the trick to booking an appointment. Don’t call the school book thru the clinic. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else. You will be very pleased with the staff and treatment. I learned so much from Dr. Reddy teaching and talking his students. First pic is me 5 weeks after surgery and still healing. 2nd pic is next morning after surgery in the hospital.
