A great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Koos and his team are friendly, efficient and supportive. My oral surgery started right on time in the morning and Dr. Koos called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok. Surprisingly, I had very little pain after a major procedure. I recommend 100%. I had my wisdom teeth removed here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Koos explained everything to me clearly before the procedure and even called me the night of the surgery to check on how I was doing, and when I called later with a question, he answered right away! The staff was also kind and welcoming from start to finish. They were transparent about pricing and gave me the lowest charge I could find for removing all four of my wisdom teeth. I really felt cared for throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

Dr. Koos and his staff are amazing! When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They were very patient with all my questions and concerns. During my consultation, Dr. Koos was extremely pleasant. I haven't seen a doctor with a bedside manner like this in a long time. He explained in detail what to expect the day of my wisdom tooth extraction and even found me a dentist close to home. On the day of my surgery, everyone made me feel at ease. I was terrified to have anything done to my mouth. I have been afraid of dentist since I was a child. When I found out I needed to have 3 teeth along with a wisdom tooth removed because root canals went bad, I really freaked out on the inside...calm and cool on the outside. I live 4.5 hours away from my daughter who was going to be my care giver so I had to do some research. I was blessed to find Dr. Koos and his team. I found them to have amazing reviews and believe me, the reviews are true. His team made me feel so safe and comfortable. Their cost was reasonable. I did not feel that I was being price gouged. Listen… I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for way too long, and these things were seriously buried in there! But Dr. Koos and his team made the whole experience so easy, I honestly don’t know why I waited! Everyone was so nice—from the front desk to the insurance lady to the people in the room putting me under. They made me feel really comfortable the whole time and it honestly wasn’t bad at all. I’m almost a week post-op and haven’t had any issues (thank God 😭). Dr. Koos even called and texted me after surgery to check in and make sure I was okay, and told me I could reach out anytime about meds, food, healing…literally anything. Like who does that??
