I have been a loyal client of this hair salon for some time now, and each visit is consistently a wonderful experience. Clean, professional shop. All of the stylists are good but Caroline is my fave. She always gets me together. She even helped me grow out my relaxer after my former stylist wouldn't.

Called in Oct 2016 asked what price woman's cut was and who ever answered said price is $35. I made an appointment Stylist started to wash my hair and she got water all over me and the floor. I felt that she really didn't want to do this cut at all. When she finished she never showed me the back or sides she threw her hands in the air and said "ok what now" I was very nervous and said it looked great. I went to pay and it was $60 my hair looked horrible I got the impression I was the wrong kind of person

So disappointed with Grace. Made an appointment two weeks ago for my baby girl. The day of appointment, she cancelled on me by sending me a text message only 1/2 hour before appointment time. She said, she didn't want to do my child's hair due to having to wear a mask at salon and my baby's crying. My child's feelings were hurt, since all she talked about for a week was getting her hair done. Plus I had my child dressed and ready by 8am for a 10am appt. She ignored my calls. She could've expressed this to me a week ago. Wishy washy!

Saw Ruth for color correction of my dark brown to blond friend out hair. She did an amazing job ,the color and the texture are unbelievably smooth ,silky and natural looking. I will be going to her from now on.
