Opulence Pedi Spa

I wish I could give -0 for this experience!!! READ BELOW RESPONSE TO OWNERS! I had a pedi and manicure done at Opulence yesterday. My previous review was removed, and I believe people need to know about my experience. My pedicure experience was great—thank you, Cindy! However, my manicure was disgusting and was done by Amy (assuming she is the owner or one of the owners). I repeatedly asked her to cut my cuticles and reshape my nails, trusting she would do a good job. When she was done, I was extremely surprised because my nails looked awful. The nail gel was bleeding over my cuticles and the sides of my nails—see the attached picture for reference. This place is the best! Been coming here for almost a year and love it…the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and Jenny is incredible with everything she does! Just got this classic French tip and the shape and design was absolutely perfect-they also always last at least 3-4 weeks for me! Highly recommend!

Worst nail spa ever!! Don’t waist your money! Rude owner and treats people like trash! I paid $172 for this! While sitting there I told them my nails are lifting it won’t last Amy said it’s cause I usually do my own nail? Ok and? I came to you to treat myself and this is what I get! Yes i definitely know how to do nails and do it properly without lifting right away! Clearly she has no clue how to do nails! My pedi was great, thanks Cindy! Poor employee could see that Amy did a trash job and tried to fix it well, I didn’t have time to fix a whole set of nails. Instead Amy (owner I assume) forced me to pay how sneaky it was suppose to be 161 she charged me $172! Disgusting! Also they don’t tell you about extra costs! They wait until you are done then tell you what they charged. I’m so disap

Was in the area at a doctor's appointment and decided to get my nails done because I had some time to kill and I regret going to this nail salon. I literally got my nails done Friday and by Sunday they were all lifting. I got a gel manicure and when I paid I was told 36 but when I looked on my online banking I was charged 38.

Look for Jenny to do your nails. She’s fabulous. Skilled and excellent results. I had a regular pedi and gel Manicure. A little pricey- but it isssssss Westport. I paid $70. Very friendly staff.
