Made an appointment for a couple massage in their Salt cave. This was a first time experience and thought it would be unique. Had no problem making an appointment, called early in the week for a weekend spot. Also had special requests that were accommodated. There were some unforeseen scheduling issues which caused a little confusion and caused us to run a little later then expected but in the end the place was nice and cozy, the masseurs were very good, the Salt cave was very relaxing, and although not knowing what to expect, we were very comfortable with the experience. To our surprise, after our session, the owners offered a complimentary couples session for one of their other Salt cave therapies because of the scheduling delay. Opulence is beautiful so clean and fresh! Owners are the nicest people! We came on Mother’s Day and I had Heidi for a deep tissue Massage … it was one of the best Massages I have ever had!! This is truly a place I will come back to often! ❤️

Was in a lot of pain and Genevieve did in fact get me an appointment for that day at 4 PM. Problem being I got there the 10 minutes earlier that they asked me to, but the therapist was 20 minutes late and came in in street clothes. I must say he was very nice. Did a decent job but I don’t feel it was truly a deep tissue massage. Placee is decorated beautifull but they charge more than the other massage establishments around. I truly don’t wanna pay for furniture. Young lady at the desk was lovely and very sweet, however, she is in training and nude to the establishment, but there was nobody there to help her so the questions I had Went unanswered.. The salt cave is so wonderful. It’s such a relaxing and Zen experience. I had a full body massage there and It’s the only place I will book them. I had a facial done by Jackie a true professional. She was exceptional, I can’t wait to go back. I purchase gift cards for all my friends and family so they can all get the awesome experience. My favorite Spa by far.

Got gifted an Island Package for Christmas. I was very surprised as to how good and well my technician Melissa did the body scrub and massage. She was very professional and she’s the only reason I would ever come back. Her massage was amazing and she scrubbed the crap out of my body. If it wasn’t for her wouldn’t be giving the place any stars. Salt cave wasn’t truly a salt cave in my opinion. Felt like a normal room with salt thrown on the floor lol. Left me in a water bath for a hour, just sat and watched Netflix. Robes and slippers were okay, not the best.
