Option Wig Shop

I was hoping for a better experience. I was so happy to find a shop I could actually try on wigs, because I’ve bought so many online that I couldn’t wear. My friend and I visited this place and I absolutely loved sweet Donna! She was always so helpful, a bit timid but very friendly. I met the owner and told her how excited I was to finally find a place like this. She was very nonchalant and acted so dismissive towards me. I was asking about different brands, but the three I wish I had never bought had the tags cut out. She actually left the shop or either went in back room. Donna was as helpful as she was allowed to be and so sweet. I actually donated almost 50 to 100 wigs in boxes with the tags and names on them after first visit. I went to options and met Donna, the most sweet and compassionate person. We became friends real quick. The wigs fit perfectly and I got two t that and love them. Very comfy and I will be going back there soon.. they were very affordable and the customer service was great. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in my nervous time.

The owner of this place is a wonderful person. It was a struggle to find a wig I could wear to work before next week and didn't have much luck here in Huntsville. There were a lot of stores with some really nice-looking wigs, but it was hard to find decent help. One of the places in Huntsville I was able to try on three wigs, but they rushed me through it. Since I've never worn wigs before a rush job is not what I needed. I'm losing my hair due to chemo and my stress level was through the roof with the thought of having to go to work with most of my hair gone. The lady who helped me, I wish I remembered her name, was fantastic and took her time to listen to what I wanted and let me try on multiple wigs. I finally found one that looked good, and now feel comfortable enough to face everyone

Judy is fabulous! Very patient helping me pick out head scarves when I don't even know what I want myself. Great selection of styles and colors and reasonable prices. Love this store! Doing a great and much needed service for cancer patients!
