I frequently get sports & deep tissue massages, and really appreciated Kingsley taking the time to assess my body composition from multiple angles before the session. He listened to my concerns about a tight lower back with feisty hamstrings and calves, and took the time to target these areas. For athletes looking to increase mobility and reduce pain, this is not your average session. He uses pin & stretch techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release and some focused stretches at the end.
