I would highly recommend Optimal Appearance! Not only is the office aesthetically pleasing, but Jen is amazing! She is direct, knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I had two not so thorough IPL facials and truly felt like my skin was the same after these treatments. Then I went to Jen, and I felt as though there was improvement in just the one she did on my face after the process was complete. I will definitely be seeing her for my future treatments!
I had a visit for a facial laser treatment with Jenn and loved it! Professional, clean, and welcoming office!! With one treatment and only a few hours later I truly do see a difference! I plan making another appointment!! Thank You Jenn and Optimal Appearance for giving me some hope with blemishes and forehead wrinkles!!!!!
I had my first laser tattoo removal appointment yesterday. Jen answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Her office is very comfortable and calming! I'm looking forward to more visits!
