Opposite Genders Salon

Was a every 4wk client. When I showed up for my last appointment. I was turned away. Offered another time or day. I had a broken arm and a dinner party that evening. Went to Holiday hair. They have made my hair looking great. AND are dependable and courteous.

I got so lucky finding an appointment with Chelsea. Haircut & highlights great. She's outstanding. I will come back (a 2 hr drive) to see her again.

Ive been a client for about a year to have an appointment every 4 weeks. About 3 weeks ago I broke my arm. I stopped by to see if I could get my hair washed and dried. They said my stylist was ill, and took my name and phone number and said they'd call later in the day. We've all hear that line before! They never called. When my regular appointment came up I was sent several reminders with reply "y" to .I replied. I showed up on time and was quickly turned around to step outside the door I had just walked in. Chelsea asked me to come back later or maybe another day. Its not that I didnt tip Chelsea, I always tipped 20%. Evidently you didnt need my business anymore. I will never be back. Love opposite genders. Melissa is great! She takes her time with me. She listens to what I want and I respect her opinion as well on my hair care needs. Atmosphere is great! Very warm and inviting.
