Worst experience I've had with lash extensions. I've had them before and never had any problems. Decided to try this place and came in on a Thursday for a full set. By the end of that same day I'd already had about 3 or 4 extensions fall from the same eye. The next day another 10 or so had fallen out between both eyes. Each time one fell out I'd check to see if my eyelash had fallen out with it but most were just the extension itself. I never rubbed my eyes, I waited the full 48 hours before getting them wet, I dont sleep in ways that disturb the lashes and they were still constantly falling out throughout the day. I called Saturday morning to let them know and was told they'd schedule me for a "fix" on Monday and that it HAD to be the same lash tech. More eyelashes fell out over those nex

Staff was extremely professional. My first time doing lashes. I love how they look. Relaxed & Clean environment, Appointment was easy to make and they were even helpful with changing my appointment time.

I saw some bad reviews but I chose to give this place a chance big mistake I went in on Saturday July 29th around 1pm to get my lashes done for the first time ever I had no idea what to get I asked them for examples they told me to look at their Instagram page and I did I picked out some I liked and showed the young lady and she did them for me. It was all good until today Sunday July 30th not even half the day and my lashes are already falling out and don’t look like they’ve been glued properly I wanted to go in today to ask them to fix it but they’re not open I will be going Monday to see how we can resolve this issue and will change my review and give an update on how they handle this situation (Update) these people are very unprofessional they charge $97 for lashes that will fall off w

Kassandra did my lashes , my eye cornea got scratched and my eye got swollen from a too close application to my lash line , washing them hurt. I go back the next day for a removal and ask for a refund , non empathetically the girl is like “the refund is not my problem” only offering half back because of “time and products” WHEN i spent TIME AND MONEY! AND MORE TIME getting them done correctly! also i left with the “removal” with my lashes full of glue. Thanks!! Terrible lash quality also thick and shiny and STIFF lashes. Dont come here.

Great work on eyebrows and lashes. Great customer service, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend 👌👍
