Ooh La La Nails

I have been coming to Oh La La since I was little and they have always been the best!! The service is amazing, and all of the employees are sweet and are always open to accommodate. For the past few months, I have been making my appointments with Lena and she is amazing, she is always nice and does an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she pretty much copied it exactly!

I’ve been coming to ooh la la nails for years and always get the best service, and exactly the nails I ask for! I always get my brows waxed too and they do an amazing job - I have super thick, dark brows and they know exactly what to do! Highly recommend.

I have mixed thoughts. Customer service is always great for the young lady who answers the phone and sets appointments. I appreciate that. The service will depend on who you get. I was a little thrown off today though. Had David do my fill? Seem to have a really hard time the whole time I sat there that I was using my own regular nail polish rather than gel which I do often and prefer. Secondly, he still charged me the same amount that would be for fill and a gel when clearly on the board it’s not the price. Felt a little bit gypped and uncomfortable. so he would be my advice. Be very clear with what you want as a customer and hopefully they will be graciously welcoming to what you’re asking. Number two there should not be false advertisement with the prices, especially if you have it clea

I love this place!!! I am a permanent regular! I come every 2 1/2-3 weeks depending on how I want to change my nail design! Lisa who i believe is the manager is super kind and sweet! She always checks in on me, and makes sure I have all my appointments booked! She checks in on me makes sure im doing okay! So friendly! The nail salon everyone is super kind to me and sweet! Michael has been doing my nails for 2yrs! Very professional! Very good nail tech! He's very good on shaping and hand drawing designs! Takes his time and is patient and very nice to me!
