This place is amazing! Very good customer service and great products ❤️ they even go above and beyond and order items they don't have in the store for you if you ask them

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review because I’ve always given this store business and had no issue. The owner is so nice, but his staff isn’t. I purchased the bottle in the image (ziploc bag). Unfortunately, the I was unaware the bottle can easily be opened. When I got home the bottle leaked into the entire bottom of my purse and stained my living room chair. I don’t live or work in the area, so I held on to the bottle until I returned today. After hearing my complaint, sales person (a man) told me he can not do anything. He told me the policy states the item has to be returned the way it was purchased to receive a return. I asked if he could call the owner because I’m more than sure he would approve the exchange. He said the owner does not like to be bothered and suggested

Prices are too high. Not the best customer service. Some items are priced incorrectly and they don’t honor it due to the store error. I definitely won’t be going back there.

They had all the wella toner i needed! Staff was helpful too I will be returning :)
