Update I tried to get my hair done here and paid everything up front ($888). I felt uncomfortable with getting my hair done here for my wedding after the stylist was late twice so I kindly requested my money back because no services were done.. the owner denied me my money back because the hair was already “ordered”. Which is weird because they offer to sell hair unless they overnighted my hair I don’t think they had time to order it and get it shipped within a day of my consultation. I’m not a confrontational personal and I was really disappointed in Kasey’s unprofessional approach to my concerns, which seems like a trend based on reading responses to other reviews on google and other platforms. Anyway, she offered me to pick up the hair since it was already “ordered” and REFUND $200 serv

I have been coming to Kasey since August for my hair/extensions. When I first sat in her chair, my hair was self dyed with black hair dye from Sally’s products and done at home by myself. It was also fried considering I had it platinum blonde just 5 months prior to dying it black. (Yes, I also bleached my own hair at home with Sally’s products) Kasey has been super knowledgeable and has given me the proper care and products to bring my hair back to life. Having extensions has protected my natural hair from hot tools and has aloud my hair to “take that break” and recover. I’ve had the extensions tightened a few times but today I had them taken out to do a new reinstall and I was finally able to see my hair progress since I’ve started my journey with Kasey and to say I was genuinely impresse

So beyond happy and loved everything about this salon! Casey does amazing and I'm so excited that I found a place close to home that I love! A year later and still in love with this salon and all the people there! I can’t say enough how much better my hair looks and how much better I feel leaving the salon! Casey & Hunter also throw the best events and it makes me super grateful for our little community. I know it’s “just” a hair salon but it definitely is a reason I wouldn’t move away because the community there is so happy and good vibes! I cannot say enough positive things about Casey and the whole salon. THE BEST extensions I have had done since I moved to Utah. She knows her stuff! Also, getting your hair done plus extensions takes a good amount of time and can be an exhausting day, but not here. The girls at this salon had me crying laughing almost the whole time. Casey, her husband, Chantyl, Kalee and Samantha are so friendly, personable and nice! I cannot wait to come back for another appointment. On top of all that, my hair looks and feels amazing! I want to Casey for extensions, she had charged me for a full head change of color but when I went in she only colored like half of my hair saying that the rest will be hidden from the extensions, I trusted her thinking she was professional coming to find out she’s an apprentice and no one was supervising her while I was getting my hair done, while I was getting my hair done I asked if she was liscensed in hair and she said no. While I was in her chair she kept getting on her phone/ switching between me and her daughters hair, I felt as if I didn’t get the full attention I deserved as a client, she also didn’t use all the hair she had purchased for me/ also had her kids brushing out my extensions before she put them on me which I felt like they were brushing wrong since they looked 5 and w
