I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I wish I could give zero stars to this place. From start to finish, it was unprofessional and frustrating. Tina was the nail tech who originally did my nails. First, the quality of the work was terrible. Multiple nails were already cracked and broken within a day, and the shape was completely uneven. The nails were not the same length or width - some were visibly wider, others noticeably shorter. It looked rushed and sloppy, nothing like what I asked for. When I came back to have them fix their mistakes, the situation somehow got even worse. The staff is very disrespectful and dismissive. Chloe did an amazing job on my nails. I cannot remember who did my toes but she also did so good. My nails are EXACTLY what I asked for, and more. Thank you Chloe ❤️

I had a very bad service and the lady who was doing my nails cut my old dip off and she ended up ripping off and cutting deep into my nail and skin. I had to let her know it hurt and it was bleeding. She really didn’t care and wasn’t aware of what she was doing. Never going back again.

This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I've heard great things about other locations, but this one greatly disappointed me. I left injured. While my pedicurist was polite, the service was far from safe. During the callus removal, she scrubbed aggressively with a plastic tool and moved to the inside of my foot without checking the thickness of the skin. I don't have calluses there, yet she scrubbed just as hard. I pulled away and told her it hurt, but she simply placed my foot back in the water and moved on. I asked her to be gentler with the other foot, which she was, but by the time she walked away to get other supplies, I noticed stinging in the foot she had scrubbed earlier. When I pulled it out, I saw two open cuts where she had rubbed away skin.

Maya is amazing! I have been going to her for months and my manicures have never been less than amazing. She truly cares so much about not only your nails, but you as a person. Love you Maya!!!
